Choose your service
Tell us what you're here to do — stay longer or change your status, get a green card through family, apply for asylum, or get just your asylum statement written. Then pick the exact situation that fits you (visitor extension, student status, spouse of a citizen, and so on). Everything after this is shaped around it, in the language you choose.
Add your documents
Take photos of your passport, I-94, visas, and any papers you already have — a clear phone photo is perfect. Pro Se reads each one and fills your form answers automatically, showing you exactly which document each answer came from.
Tell your story
Have a private, typed conversation in your own language — or add the voice option and simply talk. Pro Se asks only what matters to your situation and follows up where your story leads. From it, Pro Se writes your personal statement in your own voice and builds a curated checklist of the evidence that supports what you said.
Review, print, and file
Every answer, your statement, and your evidence list come together as one complete package for you to check. Correct anything that isn't exact, gather your documents using the checklist, then print and mail your package — or file electronically where USCIS allows it. If you'd like a licensed attorney to look over your completed package first, that's available as an optional add-on.
